SALES TAX (only applies to California residents):

BSP is located in San Francisco, California and is required to collect a sales tax on all orders
from California residents. The general sales tax for California residents is 8.25%. Because of an
added district/county tax, the total sales tax for San Francisco residents is 9.50%.

Example -- SF Resident: $13.70 + $1.30 (9.5% sales tax) = $15.00
Example -- Non-SF Resident but lives in California: $13.70 + $1.13 (8.25% sales tax) = $14.83
Example -- Non-California Resident: $13.70

SHIPPING CHARGE:

The shipping charge is $2.50 for one (1) DVD and includes delivery confirmation. Add $0.50 for
orders of two (2) DVDs. All orders ship via United States Postal Service. Estimated time of
delivery is from 5 to 12 business days, depending on where you live in the United States.

DVDs.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

Please contact sales@blacksummers.com for shipping charges on international orders. Be
sure your DVD player can play NTSC-formatted DVDs before ordering because all sales are
final -- NO REFUNDS.
